Let me introduce you to Alex...

(do they sound familiar?😎)

Alex is an experienced professional who’s poured her heart & soul into building a career she’s worked hard to achieve.

As a senior manager at a well-known company, she’s respected in her field & earns a good salary.
From the outside, her friends, family & colleagues would say she's “lucky, successful & has it all”

But the problem is … Alex HATES her job & feels STUCK!

Every morning, she drags herself out of bed & goes through the motions, getting dressed, walking the dog, sorting the kids out, sitting in traffic & spending all day in a job that feels like it’s sucking the life out of her.

She’s spent 15 years steadily climbing the career ladder, leading teams & achieving milestones that reflect her hard work, dedication & talent.

But inside? She feels stuck, stressed & heading for burnt-out!

Alex doesn’t feel aligned with what she’s doing anymore

Her work doesn’t feel meaningful or challenging

It doesn’t excite her, inspire her, or fulfill her

Instead, she finds herself wondering, Is this it? Is this what the rest of my life looks like?

Alex wants more from her life, but she’s scared of what change might mean...

She worries about how a career change might impact her family. Her daughter’s still at school, her son wants to go to Uni & there are 15 more years left on the mortgage
She feels stuck in her industry. Changing companies might keep her paycheck intact, but the work would still feel empty. It’d just be the same soul-sucking job in a different office & with a potentially worse boss
She’s scared to take a pay cut or risk it all on something uncertain, what if she’s not good enough to do something different
Deep down, she wonders if she's too old & it’s too late to make a big change

When Alex goes out for a wine with her friends, instead of the usual chit-chat about life, kids & peri-menopause, she always ends up bitching about her boss & how much she hates her job.

Her partner tells her to stop complaining. “If you hate it so much, find something new!” But that’s easier said than done.

Alex doesn’t know what she wants to do, or even what else she could do after so long in the same job
She’s lost confidence in herself after years making sure everyone else is happy - her boss, her family & even the dog!
She's lost sight of what she's good at & what's important to HER!
She’s scared of failing, scared of regret & scared of change because if she takes a step into the unknown, she might fall flat on her face
So, she stays where she is - STUCK!

Every Monday morning, when she sits at her desk, Alex feels something sink inside her.

She can’t imagine doing this for another 20 years & she knows, deep down, something has to change.

Alex is longing for a life & career that feel fulfilling, aligned & happy
She wants to leap out of bed every day with purpose & passion
She wants more freedom & flexibility to balance her life, family & career better
BUT she just doesn’t know where to start!

I’ve been there & understand the challenges women face in

combining a career we love with the life we want!

I'm a British/Spanish woman who's lived & worked overseas for most of my life.

I've experienced first-hand, multiple life & career transitions while juggling work & family.

Career revamps are exciting but often scary & stressful, mine certainly were & didn't always work out as expected.

In my 40’s I was hitting burnout at work, I was stressed, bored, unfulfilled & unhappy so I quit my safe corporate career in Europe & headed off on an Eat-Pray-Love adventure with my 7-year-old son.

After a fabulous year travelling the world & planning my next midlife career revamp, I joined a tech start-up in Asia & spent several amazing years living & working in the Philippines & Thailand.
