Has 3 Phases:

#1 Clarity - Who I Am

The goal of the Clarity phase is to focus on YOU! It's time to re-connect with yourself, rediscover who you are now & what you really want your life to look like.

As we grow older, things change, we change, our lives change & what we want changes.

This phase entails taking a long, hard look at YOU, to get Clarity on:

Who you are NOW
What you’re good at: your skills, strengths & superpowers & which you're most excited about using
What are your values & purpose, what’s really important to you
What you need in your life to be happy & fulfilled
What you must have in your career to be satisfied & motivated
This knowledge is about you as a totally unique person & what you need to thrive in your life & career!

#2 Vision - What I Want

When was the last time you stopped to think deeply “What do I really want in the next phase of my career? What would my ideal role/workday look like?”

The Vision phase is all about discovering what you want your work life to look like & creating possibilities. You’ll start identifying future career options & ideas.

It's called Vision because the idea is to be expansive & think outside the box, revealing the hidden clues that have been right in front of you the whole time. At this stage, we don’t listen to our inner critic worrying about what’s possible, because in reality almost anything is possible if it’s right for YOU!

Together, we'll explore what the next phase of your career might look like: create a vision; generate career options, discover which possibilities give you purpose, energy & direction & are most aligned with your life & career goals.

#3 Action - How I Get There

Having discovered who you are in Clarity & identified what you want in Vision, this phase is all about taking Action.

Working together using a creative & empowering process, we’ll turn your vision of a specific career path into a clear, structured & easy to follow Action Plan. A roadmap to transform your vision into reality & take you from where you are now to where you want to be.

As you work through the phases we’ll also work on your mindset & uncover anything that might be holding you back, undermining your confidence, or limiting your belief in yourself.

What it Looks Like & How it Works

Tribe: You'll join a fabulous cohort of the Evolve & Thrive Tribe, the Empower groups are small (between 4-10) & these amazing people will be your "tribe" learning, sharing & supporting each other on this journey of self-discovery.
90 Days: We'll spend 12 weeks working together to achieve your goals. We meet a couple of times a week for group & individual coaching sessions, we also have a private Facebook group where you can ask questions or share experiences as often as you like.
Workshops: Each week I'll give you various workshops and exercises to work on, they're easy & fun & designed to get you thinking. Like everything in life, the more you put IN - the more you get OUT! So don't think of it as "homework" - its an exciting step to discovering your next amazing life & career. You'll make huge progress dedicating about one hour a week of quality "thinking about you" time.
Group Sessions: Each week we have two Empower Tribe Sessions, where you & your cohort join me in my Zoom Room (90 minutes) & we work through the weeks workshops together. We share experiences, compare notes & ask questions. I know what it's like to procrastinate doing a "course" on your own; we worry we wont know what to write or say or we'll get it wrong & we often end up not doing it! That's why these group sessions are so powerful, we're all in this together, all with similar doubts & navigating a similarly scary journey. I'm here to hold your hand every step of the way or give you a kick-up-the-butt if you need it! These sessions are one lunchtime & one evening each week (UK time) & don't worry if you miss a session as they're all recorded.
Individual Sessions: You also have 4 x one-to-one, individual Power Hours with me. Every 3 weeks you & I meet in my Zoom Room to chat about your progress, what you've learned about yourself, define your goals & create your action plan.
Tribe & Wine: One evening a week you're welcome to join me in my Zoom Room, for an informal chat over a cup of something warm or a glass of something chilled & find out what everyone's been up to & how they're feeling.
Guest Experts: Every month I invite an interesting expert into the group to talk to you about all things "life & career".
Evolve & Thrive Tribe VIP Membership: You have 6 months access to the VIP membership group so even when you've completed your Empower 90 days, you can continue to join in all the weekly sessions for another 3 months to make sure you're feeling confident & ready to step into your new life & career!

Who Will Be My Coach?

Your coach throughout the Empower program will be Lara. She will accompany you in personalised 1-on-1 coaching sessions and group sessions.

What is the Evolve & Thrive VIP Tribe?

The Evolve & Thrive VIP Tribe is our exclusive community for members participating in our programs. It's a place where you can engage in live Q&A sessions, group coaching sessions, and connect with a fantastic community of like-minded women who are on a similar journey. You can share experiences, chat, and ask questions.

How Do I Get Started?

To get started, schedule a FREE chat with Lara. This 30-minute call is a great opportunity to ask questions, determine if we're a good fit, and discover how I can help you achieve your career goals.

When Can I Start?

You can start as soon as we have availability and your payment is processed.

How Are Coaching Sessions Scheduled? Do They Always Have to Be At The Same Time?

Initially, we'll schedule your first 1-on-1 session with you. After that, you'll receive a scheduling link to book sessions directly into Lara's calendar at a time that suits you. You can choose to have the same time each week if it's available or adjust it to fit your schedule.

Where Do Sessions Take Place?

All our sessions take place over Zoom, making it convenient for you. 1-on-1 sessions can be scheduled at a time that suits you, while Group coaching has pre-arranged times.The online workshops can be accessed whenever is convenient for you.

What If I Need to Cancel A Session?

For 1-on-1 sessions, you can reschedule as long as you give us 48 hours' notice. For Group sessions, if you can't attend, you can submit questions in advance and watch the session on replay later.

How Much Does It Cost?

The 12-week Empower Program currently has a special offer of £1,200.

What Happens If I Change My Mind?

We offer a 30-Day Guarantee. If you change your mind, we'll refund your money in full for any unused sessions.

Will This Program Help Me Find A New Job?

I'm Scared to Invest...
